Top 5 Flyweights Clash as UFC Returns to the Apex This Saturday

The world leader in mixed martial arts returns to action this weekend, as the UFC Apex in Las Vegas hosts UFC Vegas 107 on Saturday night.

The card is headlined by a pivotal matchup between two top-five flyweights, as Erin Blanchfield (13-2 MMA, 7-1 UFC) takes on Maycee Barber (14-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC) in a five-round bout.

Let’s take a look at all the fights scheduled for the main card this Saturday night:

Erin Blanchfield vs. Maycee Barber (125 pounds)

Erin Blanchfield looks to continue her impressive run in the women’s flyweight division. “Cold Blooded” has won 10 of her last 11 bouts, a streak that dates back to her Invicta FC days. After suffering the first loss of her UFC career in March 2024 to Manon Fiorot, Blanchfield bounced back in style by outpointing former strawweight champion Rose Namajunas over five rounds in November.

Maycee Barber enters the bout on a six-fight win streak since her last loss to Alexa Grasso more than four years ago. “The Future” is 8-2 since moving up to the flyweight division from strawweight in 2019.

Mateusz Gamrot vs. L’udovit Klein (155 pounds)

An unstoppable force meets an immovable object in the co-main event as Mateusz Gamrot (24-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC), the UFC lightweight with the most completed takedowns (43) among active fighters, faces L’udovit Klein (23-4-1 MMA, 7-2-1 UFC), who holds the best takedown defense rate (95.2%) in UFC lightweight history.

Gamrot returns for the first time since losing a split decision to Dan Hooker at UFC 305 last August, while Klein looks to extend his unbeaten streak to eight and break into the lightweight rankings.

Dustin Jacoby vs. Bruno Lopes (205 pounds)

Dustin Jacoby (20-9-1 MMA, 8-6-1 UFC), a veteran of Glory Kickboxing, seeks to earn consecutive wins for the first time in over three years as he faces Bruno Lopes (14-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC), a Dana White’s Contender Series alum.

Jacoby has lost four of his last six bouts but remains a knockout threat—his last three UFC victories all came via KO. Lopes, a former LFA champion, knocked out Mikheil Sazhiniani on DWCS last August and followed that with a decision win over Magomed Gadzhiyasulov in his UFC debut this January.

Ramiz Brahimaj vs. Billy Ray Goff (170 pounds)

Ramiz Brahimaj (11-5 MMA, 3-3 UFC) faces a new opponent this weekend after Oban Elliott was forced off the card due to visa issues.

In steps Billy Ray Goff (9-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC), making his first appearance in over a year. Goff hasn’t fought since his knockout win over Yusaku Kinoshita in August 2023.

Zach Reese vs. Dusko Todorovic (185 pounds)

Two middleweights in need of a win kick off the main card. Zach Reese (8-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) was knocked out in the first round by Azamat Bekoev at UFC 311 in January. Meanwhile, Dusko Todorovic (12-5 MMA, 3-5 UFC) has lost three of his last four bouts and is looking to get back on track.
