Grant Dawson is a 22-2-1 UFC Lightweight that just might be the most underrated fighter in all of MMA. Grant, an ascending fighter in the uber tough UFC Lightweight division has his sights on Championship Gold. Grant is 10-1-1 under the shark tank called the UFC. KGD has a big fight coming up at UFC 311 against Diego Ferreira. I have talked to Grant a lot over the last couple of years and I have been blown away with his fight IQ, championship mindset and his humor. Grant Dawson took out the humor card in his last post fight interview at UFC Vegas 98 which the MMA community is still rolling in laughter. However, trust me when I say when the cage door closes Grant is not in there for laughs, he is only in there for one thing… to WIN!

1. What is your most treasured memory?  Meeting my wife. I was a broke kid with a dream. And meeting someone that really believed in me for absolutely no reason was amazing. The day we met is my most treasured memory.

2. What impresses you?  People who speak two languages. That shits crazy. I can barely speak one.

3. Favorite movie as a Kid & Favorite movie as an adult?  My favorite movie as a kid was scooby-doo zombie island. And my favorite movie as an adult is The Prestige

4. What is your favorite quote? Not everything is a lesson Ryan sometimes you just fail. -Dwight Schrute

5. What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?  The only way you fail is by giving up.
