Diana Belbiţă currently holds two wins in the UFC’s highly competitive straw weight division. The Romanian martial artist is also a former kickboxing and kempo champion. Before being signed the UFC, Belbita fought fellow UFC fighter Ariane Lipski de Silva for the highly regarded KSW flyweight belt. At only 28 years old, the Warrior Princess is ready to enter her prime and looks to make 2025 her year.

Here are 5 random questions having nothing to do with MMA and Belbiţă’s answers:

1. Your favorite item in your closet?  One of my friends just got me for Christmas an Akatsuki Muay Thai short. That’s definitely my favourite. The problem is that I don’t wear much the items that I like because I’m scared that they will look washed out, damaged.. old..😅

2. If you could time travel, what is the one piece of advice you would give younger you?  I would advise myself to dare to dream big. I never dared to even dream of me fighting in UFC. Then one day I ended up there and I was as shocked as everyone else 😆

3. What scares you the most ?  All my life I was scared of not having money 😬. As bad as it sounds, I am scared of not being able to make money. I take care of my mom , cats, dogs.. but what if one day I can’t afford it anymore?! How I’m gonna tell my mom I can’t do it anymore 💔 I don’t want to be super rich, but I was born poor and it’s not fun… I just want my mom and my animals to have a comfortable life😅 And I am working for that

4. Your favorite app on your phone ?  I love Instagram. Yes, I like to interact with people on Social Media and I love Instagram the most because there you can restrict or mute people, not just block them 😅 I’m not gonna lie, I have fun fighting with people on Social Media, but the best part is when they HAVE to follow you to be able to comment to your post and send you messages.  😅

5. How would you define or describe commitment?  For me, commitment means Loyalty + Dedication
